No technical issues of internet connections or the distraction of seeing yourself on screen. It may feel a little different initially but after that first "Hello" the nervousness will disappear.
Telephone counselling is not the poor relative of traditional face to face therapy. Research has shown it to be just as effective, supportive and positive in its results.
